Preorders – First Wave

Luumo is launching with a limited first wave of 50 pieces available for preorder. Once all 50 units are reserved, preorders will close, and we’ll start production.
Production will begin as soon as the 50 preorders are filled. We expect to start shipping orders in June 2025. However, this is an estimated timeline and may be subject to change. You’ll receive email updates as we move through each stage.

Yes, payment is taken immediately to secure your place in this exclusive first production batch.

We aim to start shipping by June 2025, but as each lamp is made with care, slight delays are possible. We’ll communicate any changes as they happen.

You can cancel your preorder at any time before it is delivered. Once the item has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel your order and return the product, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

General Questions

Yes, you will automatically receive a PDF invoice by email when your order is processed and ready. If you provide company information and a VAT number at checkout, these details will also be included on the invoice.

Materials & Finish

Our lamps are 3D printed using biodegradable PLA for the base and durable PETG for the lampshades. PLA ensures a smoother finish and offers great flexibility for detailed printing. PETG is more ideal for parts that need to be more solid and long-lasting.
PLA (used for the base) is a biodegradable plant-based material that breaks down under industrial composting conditions, while PETG (used for the shades) is not biodegradable but is recyclable and can often be processed through standard plastic recycling programs (check with your local facility to be sure).

Due to the nature of 3D printing, each lamp has a unique, finely layered texture. Rather than a perfectly smooth industrial surface, you’ll notice delicate lines that reflect the handcrafted, digital manufacturing process—adding to each lamp’s charm.

All the images on our website are high-quality 3D renders. We aim to represent our lamps as accurately as possible, but colors and material finishes may slightly vary in real life. We use renders to showcase our products consistently and clearly from multiple angles.

Modular System & Dimming

Each lamp uses discreet, built-in magnets on the top of the base and bottom of the shade. This allows you to easily swap shades—no tools required. Mix and match designs to refresh your space whenever you like.

The lamp features an integrated Dimmer Ring™ around the base. Simply rotate the ring to adjust the brightness to your preference—from a soft ambient glow to full brightness.

Light Bulbs

Our lamps are designed for E27 dimmable LED bulbs (max 60W ≈ LED equivalent MAX 9W – 800 lumens). Only use dimmable LED bulbs to avoid overheating and ensure user safety, efficiency, and longevity.
Unless stated otherwise, bulbs are not included, allowing you to choose the tone and intensity that best suits your space. We offer a selection of quality dimmable LED bulbs that are fully compatible with our lamps.
Not with our dimmable lamps — they already include a built-in LED dimmer module, which is not compatible with smart bulbs. However, we will offer a version with a standard on/off switch ring that can be left in the “on” position, allowing your smart bulbs to function as intended. This version will be available in the near future — follow us on socials to be the first to know about new releases!

Use & Care

To keep your lamp looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Don’t use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface. For more stubborn dirt or dust, lightly dampen the cloth with water and gently clean the affected area.
Our lamps are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to outdoor elements like moisture, rain, or extreme temperatures could damage the materials and affect the longevity of the lamp. Additionally, avoid placing the lamp in areas where it will be exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day, as prolonged exposure could affect the materials and finish.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Belgium. For shipping to other countries, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Each Luumo laamp is 3D printed and made to order, which means we start creating your piece after you place your order. On average, it takes about 2 to 5 business days to print and ship your lamp. Please note that occasional delays may occur depending on production volume or availability of materials, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and deliver as quickly as possible.

At Luumo, we use a made-to-order manufacturing process to minimize waste and offer a more sustainable product. This means we usually print each lamp individually when you place your order. While we occasionally have a few items in stock, most orders are produced on demand. As a result, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping within Belgium starts at €8,99. However, shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Refunds & Warranty

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. You can request a refund here.

Absolutely. All lamps come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, covering any manufacturing defects.
