Welcome to Luumo. By accessing or purchasing from our webshop (https://luumo.be), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Preorder (First Wave)
a. Limited Preorder Quantity
The initial launch consists of 50 Luumo lamps available for preorder. Once this number is reached, the preorder window will close automatically.
b. Payment
All preorders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. This guarantees your spot in the limited production batch.
c. Production & Shipping Timeline
Production begins immediately after all 50 units are sold. We estimate shipping to begin in June 2025. However, this is an estimated timeline and may be subject to change.

e. Defects & Variability
Luumo lamps are handmade and 3D-printed, meaning slight variations may occur. These are part of the product’s charm and are not considered defects. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
f. Communication
We will update you via email at key stages: confirmation, production start, and shipping.

“We”, “Us”, “Our”: refers to Luumo, the owner and operator of this website.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your”: refers to the person placing an order through the webshop.
“Products”: refers to the items listed and available for sale on our website.
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via https://luumo.be.
We currently only sell and ship within Belgium.

4. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€), including Belgian VAT (21%) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept secure payments via Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard.
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped exclusively within Belgium.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
If a package is lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Belgian consumer law:
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to withdraw from the purchase.
To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
8. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
To request a warranty claim, provide your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or installation.
The user agrees to use the product/service in accordance with all applicable laws and instructions provided. Any misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to the intended purpose is solely the responsibility of the user. The company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from such misuse, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including product designs, text, images, and logos, is the property of Luumo and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We only collect data necessary to process and deliver your order, and we never share your data with third parties without your consent.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
13. Visual Representation
All product images on the Luumo website are digital 3D renders. We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color and material finish may occur between the images and the physical product.
